Q What can you tell me about the people you employ?

A The majority of our caregivers are certified nursing assistants and have a minimum of two years experience. They speak English and are U.S. Citizens or have authorization to work in our country. In addition to having the skills and experience, they must demonstrate a caring, compassionate and positive attitude.

Q What happens if there is a personality problem?

A We do our best to match the client and the caregiver. We will be happy to make a change if you are not completely satisfied.

Q What geographical areas do you cover?

A We are located in Glenview, Illinois. We are able to provide service from downtown Chicago to Waukegan, and as far west as Rt. 53. (15 miles west of Lake Michigan)

Q Do you belong to any professional organizations?

A We are a member of the National Private Duty Association, Continuity of Care Organization, Senior Coalition of Lake County and the Deerfield, Bannockburn, Riverwoods Chamber of Commerce.
