Our caregivers are employees of the agency. We check backgrounds and references. We pay them, do the withholding, pay workers compensation insurance. They are insured and bonded.
We provide free initial RN assessments, develop a plan of care, and supervise our staff.
Office hours are 9:00AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday. Evenings, weekends, and holidays our answering service will answer your call, and notify the on-call staff, who will return your call promptly.
We will bill you on the 1st and 16th of each month. You can pay us by check. If you have long term care insurance, we will be happy to assist you in getting reimbursed. Medicare does not pay for our services.
