Administration

SHARON OIDEM

Director, Partners in Healthcare

“Our caregiver agency allows us to build special relationships with our clients by helping with activities of daily living, all from the comfort of their home,” says Sharon. “It’s super rewarding to know that we are enhancing someone’s life in a tangible way. Our compassionate and experienced caregivers are the heartbeat of our mission and I’m thrilled to have joined the team at Bethany Methodist!”

Sharon is a big dog lover and enjoys participating in various charitable causes including Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) and Hope for PAWS. She also enjoys traveling, being surrounded by family and friends, and riding her bike in local forest preserves.

ERIKA ROSARIO

Office Coordinator

“Caring for people has always been my passion, and I love working with seniors,” says Erika. “In my new role at Partners in Healthcare, in addition to managing the scheduling and other admin duties, I can assist with the Wellness Clinic and wear my CNA hat. Sharon and the entire team have been amazing.”

Erika and her husband are the loving parents of 9 children total from their blended families, and their biggest joy is being “Nana” and “Papa” to their 4-year-old grandson and 4-year-old granddaughter. “And of course, we also love spoiling Sophia, our playful and very affectionate bulldog!”

Rizza Aranas

Accounts Billing Coordinator

“My inspiration for the healthcare industry began when I was in high school and my older sister was studying medicine,” says Rizza. “I also like working with numbers so my current role at Partners has been a perfect fit for me. We have a positive work atmosphere, everyone is treated with lots of respect, and my schedule provides flexibility.”

Rizza first joined the Bethany Methodist team in 1999 and has been the Accounts Billing Coordinator at Partners in Healthcare for the past six years. In her free time, she enjoys traveling abroad with family and indulging in the cuisines of different countries.

Ernesto Ejanda

Caregiver, Partners in Healthcare

Why I wanted to become a caregiver:

“My mom was a nurse and I could always see how much she loved her job. She inspired me to care for people and that’s something I’m extremely grateful for. I try to honor her example every day in my interactions with everyone.”

What I enjoy most about my job:

“Being able to form deep connections with my clients means everything to me. Knowing that I’ve earned their trust is extremely important, and it’s that mutual respect that allows for friendships to form. The seniors I serve look forward to seeing me, and I look forward to seeing them, too!”

Gina Subade

Caregiver, Partners in Healthcare

Why I wanted to become a caregiver:

“My relationship with my father had a great influence on my decision to become a caregiver. I served as his eyes and ears, and even his limbs, during his battle with Parkinson’s disease. I was so proud to take care of him before he passed, and he still inspires me today.”

What I enjoy most about my job:

“I love Chestnut Square and how cozy the community is. My clients who live here are very warm people and I find that I’m always learning new life lessons from them. It’s the relationships that really mean the most to me.”

Lorna Lucero

Caregiver, Partners in Healthcare

Why I wanted to become a caregiver:

“After arriving in the United States, my first job was in a nursing home working 1-on-1 with people with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. In spite of their health, they each had amazing stories and hobbies to share such as singing, cooking and gardening.”

What I enjoy most about my job:

“Seeing my clients respond positively to the care I provide—and getting to know them so closely—brings me tremendous joy. I also like that I can work close to where I live, care for residents in a friendly community, and have a flexible work schedule.”

Yannick (Micky) Narcisse

Caregiver, Partners in Healthcare

Why I wanted to become a caregiver:

“I saw the passion my grandmother had for helping others and I wanted to follow in her footsteps. In the 25 years that I’ve worked in healthcare, my clients have continually renewed that passion within me!”

What I enjoy most about my job:

“The close relationships I’ve been blessed to experience. A client I was taking care of was eventually hospitalized, and while she was receiving treatment, she wouldn’t let me leave her side and would always hold on to my hand. When she passed away, her family arranged for me to travel to California to attend the funeral, and that meant so much to me.”
